Kašpárek v rohlíku
Kašpárek v rohlíku is a unique Czech music, theatre and cabaret group formed by musicians such as David Koller, Márdi from Vypsaná fiXa, Lenka Dusilová, Milan Cais from Tata Bojs, Tonya Graves from Monkey Business and many more. Their project originated in 2007 as a response to lack of clever and positive contemporary music for Czech children. They blend independent rock with witty, often very humorous poetry into their own specific style called 'baby punk'. Despite the name, it has little to do with punk music as such.
In 2007, they released their first album called simply Bejbypank. Apart from original songs and snippets, they also covered Pretty Fly (For a White Guy) by The Offspring.
Their second album followed in 2009, titled Kašpárek navždy. It contains a cover version of Should I Stay or Should I Go by The Clash which is called Čurej.
The next release, a LP consisting of several versions of Christmas carols called Ježíšku panáčkuj!, was released in December 2009. Read more on Last.fm. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
